FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS...
BL Williams Construction Co.(Pty) Ltd is a private family owned, building construction company based in the Western Cape. It was officially formed in 1969 after its founder, Basil Williams, commenced his building business as a sole trader in 1950.
We are indeed proud to be part of an organisation that laid its first foundations over 70 years ago. The business is currently managed by sons, Howard (40 years’ experience) and Richard Williams (24 years’ experience).
HOW WE WORK...
We have a vast amount of experience in both the housing (both upmarket and group housing) and commercial markets, including wineries, hotels, educational and health care institutions, as well as refurbishment of historical buildings.
We have of late been managing more and more tenant fit-out contracts in office buildings.
We also have experience in the repairing of fire damaged buildings.
